Wacky Packages 2007 ANS5

Notes from the Artist:  As far as history on Ant Jemima, you can see it started as a mix to make ant farms and would be for anteaters instead of ants. (Above)  The ant in the circle from the start I wanted to use the mammy version instead of the housewife version of Aunt Jemima.  This one was a bit more "real" and meaner looking though.  No bugs allowed in the food, so it got changed to rough #2. (Below)  The ant mother's appendage was piercing the pancakes but I had to change it to holding a fork.  On the kid ant's bib I added "The Queen's Lil Worker" as a play on those kid bibs that say things like "Mommy's Lil Precious".  I changed "Take Some Home Today" to "March Some Home Today" to reflect the "Army of Ants" gag on the front.
