Lost Wackys Rough Art - "Mr. Spleen"

Mr. Spleen revised rough, drawn by wacky artist Neil Camera.  This Mad Doctor bears the artist's initials "NC" on his Lab Coat. 

Neil's first rough featured Mr. Clean with a chainsaw (below).   It was a hit with Topps, but they needed to tone it down.  After his revisions, the editors felt that Mr. Spleen was still too violent.

But at least Neil was able to re-use his dead patient in "Whacked Packages".  Look on the BACKSIDE of Jailette, sticker #9.
